SureScripts Training & Enrollment Session

We will be holding a Evening Training session for physicians on electronic prescirbing in EpiChart via the SuresScripts network.   The session will be held on Thursday April 13th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm .   At this session, we will review using the electronic prescribing features in EpiChart for both New and Rx refill responses.  We will also enroll physician on the SureScripts network and set their go live dates.  Please be sure to RSVP to Ronda at 781-7810 x 106

Web Training This Week : Web Portal Billing

Weds 29th 12:15pm - 12:45pm 

This week we will be reviewing the recent updates to the web portal in regard to Billing and Batch Status Reports. Updated Billing Chapters of the EpiChart Training Manual  were sent to each office last week.  Please be sure to review the updates if you use EpiChart for your billing. Updated Reports Screen

In Version 5.03, we have updated the General Reports screen within EpiChart to include several new clinical and billing reports.  We have also tried to group reports in a more meaningful way.  As, example we have separated daily billing from monthly billng reports so staff can more easily identify which reports to print. 

We also held two Crystal training sessions last month, and will be scheduling a third sometime in April.  Crystal Reports can be used to write custom reports on the EpiChart database.  We will be publishing Crystal reports to our web site, which will be available for download soon.

EpiChart User Group

At the March EpiChart User Group meeting, it was decided that going forward the user group meetings should alternate one month discussing strictly Billing issues, and the alternate month discussing non-billing and clinical issues.  Meeting are held the 3rd Wednesday of each montth.  The next user group meetings are scheduled for :

April 19th                                  10am - 12pm    Billing

May 17th                             10am - 12pm    General
