UHP Claim Status Reports

We have completed work on mapping the UHP 277 file to a readable Claim Status report.  Each practice's reports will be sent out on a weekly basis until the link to these reports is added to the web portal, which we expect to have done by the end of this month.

Integrated Crystal Reports Screen

We recently added an interface screen within EpiChart to acces over 100 Crystal reports that we have designed.  The report groupings include the RIQP Diabetes Collaberative measures, BCBSRI Quality Counts Measures, General Financial reports, and Misc reports.  Your office will need to purchase a copy of Crystal Reports ($200) to be able to read these reports

Upgrades to Version 5.07

Mike and Don will be out to all sites during the months of July and August to upgrade everyone to Version 5.07.  They will also load a message engine on your server that will give your EpiChart System the following capabilities:

  • Surescripts Electronic Prescribing
  • On-Line Clinical Summary Record for treating physicians you have pre-authorized
  • HL7 Lab Interface Capability

We are nearing the end of our testing with Lifespan Lab and Quest lab.  We expect both of these lab interfaces to go live in early August.  We have also been working with St Joseph Hospital Lab, and expect that interface to be up by September 1st.   As a result, we fully anticipate that by September 1st, we will be up and running with:

  • East Side Clinical Lab
  • LifeSpan Lab
  • Quest Lab
  • St Joseph Hospital Lab

The new lab interface allows for partial, final, and corrected lab reports.
